Ifnasal mucus has formed then to remove it is fardh. The hair in the nostrils should also be washed and if any space of the nose is not washed then ghusal will not be donc. To wash the entire visible body, Water should be made to flow over the strands ofhair on the head until it reaches the toes of the legs and the entire body, it s everypore and strand. Bahare-Shariat) CAUTION IN GHUSAL There a re two types of carelessness in ghusal that leads it to not being done and namaaz to be ruined, 1 . To miserly wipe water over the body with a wet hand. This is not sufficient because in ghusal it is fardh that water flows over every part o f the body. 2. Some people merely put water over their heads and use their hand to extend this wetness over their entire body, thinking this to be enough for ghusal . This is not so. There are certain pat1S ofthe body where special attention needs to be given in regard to them being washed. We mention them below and it should always be beared in mind that it is necessary for water to flow overevery pore ofthe body, otherwise ghusal will be incomplete. 1 8
