4. I t is better for a woman with istihaaza to bath and read Zohr salaah at its ending time and performAsar salaah at its initial time makingwudhu. Having a bath again, Maghrib is best read at its concluding time and then Esha at its beginning time with new wudhu. It is also better if she baths and perfonns Fajr salaah as well. Indeed, if this procedure, which has been suggested from the Hadeeth, is completed, then its barkat shall definitely alleviate the sickness. 5. A ma'zoor is a person who has such a sickness or problem due to which a complete time of Salaah passes and he or she is unable to perform the fardh of the time with wudhu intact. The law regarding such people is that they should make wudhu in that time and can read whatever namaaz they wish until that time expires. Their wudhu is not broken by the sickness, e.g. diarrhoea, uncontrollable passing ofwind, water coming out of a sore eye, ear, navel or breast, etc. Al l of these breakwudhu. (Durre-Mukhtaar, Raddul-Muhtaar) 6. As soon as the time of salaah expires, immediately the wudhu of a ma'zoor breaks. (GeneralBooks) 7. I fan entire time passes and the problem, due to which the person is a ma'zoor, does not appear, e.g. blood does not come, then that person is not ama'zoor any longer. (Durre-Mukhtaar, ete) 8. The wudhu ofa ma'zoor is not broken by the sickness or problem that has made one a ma'zoor. However it does break if other factors that nullify wudhu are experienced, e.g. a woman has istihaaza but her wudhu breaks ifshe passes wind. (GeneralBooks) 9. A ma'zoor makes wudhu due to another reason besides the problem that has made one ma'zoor, e.g. an istihaaza woman makes wudhu due to answering the call ofnature but, aftermaking wudhu, i fthe problem is found then the wudhu is broken.
