5. To urinate in the place where ghusal or wudhu is made is makrooh as waswasaa (doubts) are given ri se to by doing so. 6. The body should not be exposed any more then necessary and any deeni-rule must not be pondered upon as doing so leads to mahroomi (being deprived). Do not touch or look at the private parts unnecessarily, the najaasat that comes out should not be looked at. One should not sit in the toilet for a long time as doing so can lead to piles. The nose should not be cleaned and one must not spit as wel l. One must not look around nor at the sky. Rather, the person should look down in modesty. After completion, the frontal private part and then the behind should be washed throughly with the hands afterwards as well with no smell remaining on them. 7. (Alamghiri) TIMES OF SALAAH The Holy Quraan states, "Indeed Salaah has been made obligatory on Mumins at appointed intervals." (Surah Nisaa, Verse 103) We have been told through the Quraan and Ha d eeth byAlIah & and His Rasool � that there are five namaaz fardh on every aaqil, baaligh, Muslim, male and female. The person who rej ects the obligation of salaah is a kaafir and he or she who intentionalIy leaves out even one time of sataah is a faasiq and a severe sinner. The Ulema rule that the person who does not perform salaah should be imprisoned until tauba is made and namaaz performed. HazratAbdulIah bin Masood� has said, "For me to give talaaq to a woman who does not perform salaah and having the responsibility of paying her mehr on my head remaining is better for me when presented in Allah's & court than spending my life with such awoman."
