Saying, Samiallahu liman Hamida return fromRuku andwhen, stqnding up straight again , Rabbanaa lakal-Hamd must be said. Then, sayingAllah-Akbar, go into sajda (prostration), first placing the knees on the ground then the both hands and between them the head. When placing the head on the ground, care should be taken in insuring that the forehead and hard-bone of the nose touches it, not merely the tip of the nose and forehead. Saj da should not be mad� like how men do. Rather, it must be made in a crouching manner with the arms touching the sides and the stomach placed against the thighs. The thighs are to be j oined to the calf of the leg and the latter to the ground with the wrists spread on it. Similarly, both legs and palms are to be spread. Fingers should face the Qibla and Subhaana Rabiyyal-A 'laa is to be read at least three or five times in Sajda. Thereafter, the head should be lifted taking both l egs out on the side so as to sit on the left buttock. The right hand is to be placed on the right thigh and the left hand on the left thigh with fingers kept together near the knee facing the Qibla. Then, saying "AlIahu-Akbar", another Sajda in the manner mentioned above is to be made. When both Sajdas are complete, stand up for the next Rakaat on the forepart of the foot while p lacing the hands on the knees. In the second Rakaat, Thanaa and Ta' awuz are not to be read, j ust Tasmiya, Surah Fatiha and any Surah or Ayat as explained. After Ruku, Qauma (standing up from Ruku), the Saj das and their Jalsa (sitting between the saj das) completed as mentioned above, one should sit in the manner explained in Jal sa.
