Rllle� There is no qasr in Faj r, Maghrib and Witr. They are to be read in a safarjust as how they are completed normally. (GeneralBooks) Rllle� Aperson is a Musaafir until she does not return to her town or does not intend to stay 1 5 days complete out of her city and town, This is when the distance ofthree days has been travelled and ifintention was made to return before the distance of three days then she is not a Musaafir. (Alamghiri) Rllle� In making Niyyat of Iqaamat (residence) i n any habitation or town meaning making a strong intention to stay there for 1 5 days, it is necessary that the Niyyat be made for one place. IfNiyyat was made to stay in two places eg: one place for 1 0 days and another for 5 days then this Niyyat is not credible. She is still a Musaafir. (Alamghiri) Rllle� The last moment of time is of credibility in reading namaaz complete or Qasr provided that it has not been read already. (Durre - Mukhtaar) Rllle� When a woman becomes married and goes to her in-laws to live permanently then herparents home is not herWatan-e-Asli(home town) anymore. Meaning if there is a distance of three days between her parents home and her in-laws and she v isits the former without making an intention of staying for 1 5 days then she should make Qasr in namaaz. However ifshe does not leave her parents home permanently, rather she goes to her in-laws temporarily (less than 1 5 days) then she is still a Muqeem (resident) at herparents home. When leaving the home for a journey then while walking, Ayatul­ Kursi and from Surah Kaafiroon until Surah Naas excluding Surah Lahab, all five Surahs with Tasmiya should be read, with Bismi llah Shareefread once thereafter.
