(Raddul-Muhtaar) Rule- It is permissible to make Tilaawat of the Holy Quraan around the Mayyit (deceased) when the body is covered with a cloth. There is absolutely no problem in making Tasbeeh and other Azkaar around the Mayyit also. (Raddul-Muhtaar) Rule- Tajheez and Takfeen (preparationsfor b uria l ) should be kept on hold until certainty ofdeath is reached about someonewho has been said to have passed away suddenly. (Alal1ghiri) This sudden "death" could be a coma. Rule- If a woman dies and the child she is pregnant with is moving within then the left side ofher stomach should be cut open to take out the child. If a woman is alive but the child she is pregnant with is dead within her and her life is in danger then her stomach must be cut and the dead child taken out.
