(Raddul-Muhtaar) Rule- If the child of a Muslim woman or a Kitaabiya married to a Muslim is born alive (meaning at the time ofthe maximum part ofthe body coming out it was alive) and then dies then the baby shall be given Ghusal, Kafn and lanaazah Namaaz performed. If not then the baby should be washed in any possible manner wrapped in a sheet and buried with no Masnoon Ghusal, Kafn and Janaazah Namaaz. The length ofthe maximum part of the body is until the chest if the baby comes out head first and until the waist if the baby comes out legs first. (Raddul Muhtaar) Important Rule The inheritance of the deceased should not be touched by others besides the inheritors. This rule shoul d be taken into account always. Rule- It is impermissible and prohibited for women to go with the Janaaazah and if women for Nauha (lamenting and wailing) follow it, then they .should be severly reprimanded and disallowed. If the women do not take heed and continue following the Janaazah then the men should not desert going with the Janaazah as a sunnat should not be left out for their incorrect practice.
