Rule- A pregnant woman died and was buried. Another person saw a dream wherein the child was being born. Merely based on this dream to dig the grave up again is not allowed. (Alamghiri) Rule- If someone passed away on a Friday and Kafn and Dafn can take place before Juma Salaah then the Ghusal, Kafn and burial should take place before it. To delay it after Juma for a larger crowd to atttend is Makrooh. (Alamghiri) Rule- It is best to bury the deceased in a graveyard that has pious people i. buriedwithin. (Durre-Mukhtaar) Rule- If a Waaris of a woman buries her with jewelry while other inheritors were not present then they are pennitted to dig up the grave. Simi larly if some property of a person falls in the grave and it is remembered after sand was given then the grave can be exhumed to retrieve it. (Alamghiri) Rule- There is no harm if one keeps his or her Kafn prepared and ready. ¥' However to dig and keep ones own grave is senseless as it is not known where death will occur. (Durre-Mukhtaar) Rule- A few Ulema have allowed women to visit graves and Durre Mukhtaar has the same opinion. However when they go to the graves of their relatives they begin to wail and lament. Therefore it is prohibited on them to go. If they go to the graves ofthe pious they will either pass the boundary of respect or be disrespectful. These two qualities are found in women. Hence safety is in stopping them from going. (Fataawa Razvia) Rule- The Ulema who have allowed women to visit the graves or attend other Deeni or worldly matters and gatherings are of the opinion also that these occasions be free from, 1 .
