AlIah£ states, "0 son ofAdam ! If you demonstrate Sabr at the onset ofa calamity and seek Thawaab then I shall not be pleased with anything less than Jannat as Thawaab for you." (/bnMajah) 5 . When any male or female Muslim remembers any problem that afflicted him or her and says "Innalilah" even if a long space has passed between the affliction then Allah grants a new Thawaab equal to the Thawaab given on the day the problem occurred and sabr was made. (Baihaqi) SHAHAAADAT To be Martyred fighting for Haqq and in its path is the fortune of the favoured. However there are many situations of death that contain the Thawaab of Shahaadat as wel l . In these cases though Ghusal wiIl be made and Kafn given too. Allah£ grant us at least thi s form of Shahaadat as well, Ameen ! The Hadeeth states that the following are cases ofa Shaheed death, 1 . Plague 2. Drowning 3. Dropsy 4. Illness ofthe stomach 5 . Fire 6. Death caused by a wall fal ling etc on someone 7. The womanwho passes away as a spinster 8. The personwho dies while on ajourney.
