Whatever becomes connected to people ofBarkat also becomes full ofbarkat. That is why Muslims deem it to be a Tabaruk and take care to respect these foods. (Fataawa Razvia) Rllle- It is not necessary for food to be in front at the time of Fatiha or Isaale-Thawaab and if Fatiha for Sayyida Fatima is made, men, women, children, married, unl11arried all can partake of the Niaz. Prohibiting men, widows etc from eating of this Niaz is baseless. Also, specifically placing a covering on this Niaz is unfound. (Fataawa Razvia) However if a covering is placed on the Niaz to save it from flies or mosquitoes then there is no harm rather it is better. Rllle- To save up goods or money for Fatiha, Gyarwee Shareef etc is permissible. Rllle- When Eid, Eidul Adhaaa, Jumaa, Ashura or ShabbeBaraat occurs the souls ofthe deceased come and stand at the doors of their homes and say, "Is there anyone to take p ity on us? Is there anyone to take us out of our poverty?" (Khazaanatur-Riwaayaat) Rllle- Reciting Meelad Shareef for Esaale-Thawaab is also pem1issible and an act of Thawaab with its reward reaching the decased as well. The reward of any good deed or Khairaat performed with a noble intention reaches the Mayyit and the deceased becomes happy on receiving it just as how joy is experienced when receiving a gift from a . friend during life. It is also reported in authentic books that angels place the Thawaab on a tray ofNoor, go to the Mayyit and say, "0 dweller ofa deep grave! This Thawaab has been sent to you by your certain friend or family member." (Fataawa Razvia) Rllle- The Niaz of the Auliya is Tabaruk and can be eaten by rich and poor both.
