they swore an oath that their son or daughter will not go to a certain place then they should not go to that place even after their death as long as the Qasam does not go against the Shariah. 8. Good conduct should be kept with their relatives always. 9. Do not curse another persons mother or father so that they do not curse yours in reply. 1 0. Sin should not be committed as patents are alerted of their children's actions and becorr�e sad on sin but happy on good deeds. A Hadeeth states, "The weeks actions of children are presented to their deceased parents in the grave on every Jumaa. They become pleased on good deeds but unhappy on bad deeds. So, 0 bondsmen of Allah ! Do not cause displeasure to those who have passed on." 1 1 . Friendship with their friends must be maintained and they should be respected as well . Sons and daughters are both included t o observe these rights and a special responsibility on sons i s for them to go to their graves on every Jumaa, recite the Holy Quraan loudly for them to hear and pass on its Thawaab to them. Salaam and Fatiha must always be made whenever passing by their graves. Allah � grant us through the Sadqa of His beloved Prophet $ the ability to perform good deeds, save us from sin and always descend Noor and happiness to the graves ofthose who have passed away. He is all powerful and Raheem while we are helpless and dependant on Him. A person cannot become free from the rights ofparents. They are the means ofphysical life and all blessings are dependant on life. Therefore all benediction we attain are all due to our parents. Gratitude for their nurturing, love, sacrifice, especially childbirth cannot be repaid completely to them. In short parents are blessings and mercy ofAllah � and His Rasool � for their children.
