(Durre-Mukhtaar) Rllle- A person ate or drank in forgetfulness and later vomited then thinking that Rauza is broken, intentionally ate or drank then only Qadhaa becomes Fardh. (Durre-Mukhtaar) Rule- Thinking the Slln to have set a person made Iftaar for the Rauza whereas the sun had not set then only Qadhaa i s Laazim not Kafaraah . (Durl-e-Mukhtaar) Rllle- During Rauza (in Ramadaan or any other time) a woman p lacing m�dicine, a dry or wet cotton or cloth, anything on her frontal private part due to a necessity to the extent that it becomes lost in the Farj-e Daakhi l (interiorpassage ofthe vagina) breaks the fast. However if a cloth with medicine is placed on the private part but it does not enter the Farj-e-Daakhil then the Rauza is not lost. (Durre-Mukhtaar) Rllle- Medicine or a piece of cloth with medicine entering the Farj -e Daakhil due to movement causes Rauza to be lost. (Durre-Mukhtaar) Rule- I f a cQuple of tears enter the mouth and they are swa l lowed then Rauza will not be broken. However if a large amount of tears is swallowed to the extent that the entire mouth becomes affected by its saltiness then the fast is broken. Perspiration has the same Hukn1. (Alamghiri) Rllle- Snorting medicine up the nostrils or placing oil in the ears with it going in, breaks the fast. However placing water in and it going in the ears does not break the fast. (Alamghin) Rule- While knotting a rope if it is passed through the mouth once, twice, thrice, or even more to make it moist then Rauza is not broken on condition that any moisture from the rope is not swallowed with the saliva. Similarly, ifa colorful rope which makes the saliva colorful also is placed in the mouth and the saliva is swallowed then Rauza breaks. (Jauhara, Alamghirt) 1 52
