Today there are many doctors who advise Rauza not to be kept for minor reasons whereas they GO not know themselves for which sickness Rauza is detrimental and for which is it beneficial. The opinion of such doctors have no credibi lity and must not be followed. (Raddul-Muhtam� 3 . Rauza is excused when a woman gets Haiz orNifaas. Rule- A woman with Haiz or Nifaas has the choice of eating secretly or openly. Remaining l ike a person fasting is not necessary on her. (Jallharaa) However eating i n privacy is more better especially for a woman with Haiz. (Bahare-Shariat) 4. I f there i s a true fear of death due to hunger and thirst or intelligence will be defective and at a loss then one should not keep fast. (Al l111ghiri) 5 . A person was made Majboor (forced) to break the Rauza then she has the choice ofdoing so but ifSabrwas made then reward will be attained. (Raddul-Muhtaar) Rule- It is Fardh on those who have broken Rauza due to these reasons to keep its Qadhaa and the Hukm is that after the excuse has passed, they should keep the Qadhaa before the next Ramadaan comes. A Hadeeth states, "The person who has Qadhaa of Ramadaan remaining and he does not keep them then Rauza for the next Ramadaan is not accepted."
