1 3 . The more closer aman is to the Kaaba during Tawaafthe more better. However i fby being close to it, the body of a woman will touch Ghair­ Mahrammen then for her to be away from it completely is the best. 1 4. Similarly woman should not attempt to fil l water from the well of Zam-Zam themselves. 1 5 . They should not look into the well itselfalso even ifaccording to the Hadeeth, it removes Nifaaq (Hypocrisy) . If in doing the above actions (kissing Hajre Aswad etc) the body of the woman does not touch any Ghair Mahram then it is excellent to complete them but if not then the Hukm for all is what has beenwritten above. A NECESSARY NASEEHAT Satr-e-Aurat (the area ofthe body which is compulsory to be covered) is also Sunnat in Sa'ee. Even i f covering the Satr is a Fardh but in this condition especially , it is a Sunnat as well. Ifthe Satr remained opened then there is no Kafaarah Waaj ib due to it but two sins will be incurred, leaving out a Fardh and not completing a Sunnat. Some women while making Sa'ee, carelessly expose their necks and wrists, whereas the entire body is Aurat for a free woman, except the face, palms and soles of the feet. To cover the body is Fardh but women do not take care and that too in the blessed city ofMakkah where one sin is equal to 1 00 000 sins and in theHaramwhereeven intending sin will be p icked up on. Leave out Sa'ee, some women carelessly remain l ike this while making Tawaaf also whereas covering the head is Fardh always but Waajib too in this condition especially. So here as well , two sins have been incurred, leaving out a Fardh and not fulfilling a Waajib that too before the house ofAllah�while making Tawaaf. In trying to kiss the Hajre- Aswad etc women touch Ghair Mahrams and they don't even bother about doing so. Hajj is made to attain Thawaab but with behaviorand actions like this, sin is recorded. Allah � should be feared and it should be impressed on women to fulfill Hajj according to how it should be done. 1 74
