Rajee The Talaaq which does not cause the woman to come out of the Nikah presently. Within Iddat, if the husband makes Rijat, then she still remains his wife. Yes, if he did not make Rijat and the Iddat is completed, then she comes out of the Nikah. However even after this (with mutual consent andhappiness) they can makeNikah. 2. Bain The Talaaq that causes the woman to immediately be taken out of the Nikah. Yes, with mutual agreement they can make Nikah either within or after Iddat. 3. Mughalaza The Talaaq that causes the woman to immediately come out of the Nikah and they can never come together in Nikah again until Halaala is done. This is done by three Talaaqs ,wether they are given ail at once or if they are separated by years, Rajee or Bain was given or somewere Rajee and some Bain.
