However, if Zihaar was made as a j oke, under intoxication or being forced to and in this condition words of Zihaar were wrongfully said, then it will occur. (Alamghiri) Rule- Ifwords ofZihaar are said by a woman on behalfofthe man then it will not be Zihaar rather it will be absurdity.
