The man did not present anywitness in his utterance. 7 .Zina is rej ected by thewom a n and calls herselfchaste. 8. Zina must be explicitly alleged or he says that the children born from theirmarriage are not his etc. 9. Mutaalaba (questioning) ofthe woman should occur before a Qaadhi . 1 0.
