Rule- The Jddat of Talaaq for a Haaiza, Madkhoola, non- pregnant woman is three complete Haiz. There is no Iddat ofTalaaq for a Ghair Madkhoola even i fshe is an adult. Rule- In the case ofTalaaq or Faskhe-Nikah, Iddat for a Ghair Haaiza is three months irrespective ofwether Haiz does not come due to her being Naa-Baaligh orAaisa. (Durre-Mukhtaar) Rule- The complete count ofdays ofIddat for the above case is 90 days. (Alamghiri) Rule- Jddat ofTalaaq begins from the time ofTalaaq even if the woman was not told that the husband had given her Talaaq. Ifshe came to know of the Talaaq after three Haiz then the Jddat will be completed. (Jauhara) Rule- Aman gave Talaaq and died afterwards. The woman then went to the Qaadhi and c laimed by the proof of two witnesses that Talaaq was given and both were then ordered to be separated by the Qaadhi. Iddat will then be from the time of Talaaq, not from the separation of the Qaadhi . (Alamghiri) Rule- If Talaaq was given in Haiz then that menstruation will not be counted in the Iddat as the Iddat for Talaaq is three complete cycles of Haiz. Meaning, after the Talaaq, a Haiz should come followed by two more. After the third Haiz is completed, Iddat is over and she is allowed to make Nikah again. (GeneralBooks, Fataawa Razvia) Rule- The Iddat either of Talaaq or death for a pregnant woman is unti l the child is born. The Iddat wiIl be complete if the birth occurred even one minute after the Talaaq or death . There is no set time in this case.
