DO NOT BE FOOLED The enemies ofDeen, who themselves reject the Zarooyiyaat ofDeen and try to cover their explicit Kufr by ridiculous interpretations, seek to ensnare lay-Muslims to not differentiate between Kutr and lmaan. They use the following unsupported, arguments to support their aim. 1 . I s lam means to read the Kalima and a Hadeeth states that the person who recites "La-illah-illah" will enter Jannat. TL:refore, if it is read, how can a person become aKaafir through an utterance or action? 2. The Muzhab of Imaam-e-Aazam Abu Hanifa 4i<> is to not call any person from Ahle-Qibla a Kaafir. A Hadeeth also states, "The person who performs Namaaz like us, faces our Qibla and eats our Zabihah is a muslim." 3 . Books of Fiqh state that a person who has 99 utterances of Kufr but one of Islam will not be termed a Kaafir. 4. We will not even call a Kaafir a Kaafir because we don't know i f his death wi l l be on Kufr. Our Ulema of the Ahle Sunnat Wal-Jamaat have thoroughly and minutely decimated these so called arguments of their claim through the Quraan, Sunnah and other verified methods. Here, we reproduce only a concise summary of the Ulema's answer. Having read the Kalima of I slam does not now pennit anyone to utter Kufr as much as wanted. The Kalima is not a shield to protect you from becoming a Kaafir through uttering and practicing acts of Kufr. It is to be read and lmaan is to remain on it at all times. According to the terminology oftheAima, Ahle-Qibla is aperson who has Imaan on all Zarooriyaate-Deen and if he or she rejects even one beliefofit is absolutely andundoubtedly then a Kaafir andMurtad to the extent that those who do not deem such a person to be a Kaafir are a ho Kaafir. 256
