A FEW STATEMENTS OF KUFR Rule- The person who doubts his Imaan, meaning he says, "I do not have certainty in my being a mumin" or "I do not know if I am a Mumin or a Kaafir," is a Kaafir. Yes i fhe means that he does not know i fhis last statewill be on Imaan or not, then he will not be a Kaafir. Rule- Saying, "Allah has forgot you," to a person who has become sick or is very old and does not die or "When Allah cannot compete against you, how can I," to an abusive speaker are both Kufr. (Khulaasatul­ Fataawa) Rule- To gain the attention of a powerful or rich man or a Haakim, some people say, "Allah is above and you below." This statement is Kufr and should never be said. (Khaaniya) Rule- Saying "No", angrily when told by another to fear Allah � or "What can He do besides sentencing a person to lahannam" or "Where isAllah" are all statements ofKufr. (Alamghiri) Rule- A destitute person reflecting on his impoverishment says "0 Allah ! Certain person is Your Banda and has been blessed by You with much blessings. I too am Your bondsman but 1 have been given much hardship byYou. Is this fair? " is a statement ofKufr. (Alamghiri) Rule- Using the name ofAllah � in a diminutive noun is Kufr.
