C. 5 Belief: Their number is only known to Him who created them (Allah The Exalted) and through his informing, Mis Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) knows. Four Angels are most famous: Jibraeel, Mikaeel, Israfeel and Izraeel (upon them all be peace). They are superior over all the other Angels. C. 6 Belief: The slightest disrespect towards any Angel is Kufr. Some ignorant people have the habit of referring to their enemies as Malakul Mowt (Angel of Death) or Izraeel. These are close to words of Kufr. C. 7 Belief: To reject the existence of Angels by saying that Angels only refer to the power of good and nothing else is wrong. These are words of Kufr. The Upper class of the favourite Angels After the class of the blessed prophets and messengers there exists the upper class of the favourite angels for example, our chiefs and Helpers are: 1. Angel Jibrael (upon whom be peace) (Gabriel) who was responsible to bring the revelations of Allah to the prophets. 2. Angel Mikael (upon whom be peace) (Michael) who is responsible for causing rainfall and supplying provisions to Allah's creatures. 3. Angel Israfeel (upon whom be peace) who will blow the trumpet on the Day of Resurrection. 4. Angel Izrael (upon whom be peace) (TIle Archangel) who is entrusted with the work of fetching out souls of living beings. None of the favourite sain ts can reach their elevated dignity nor attain their high place. Any insolence or contradiction with them is of the same kind of infidelity as it is mentioned in respect of the insolence against the prophets and the messengers of Allah.
