T 21 Those who reject God’s verses, unlawfully killed the prophets and killed those who enjoined justice, give them the good news of painful punishment. 22 Their deeds will prove to be worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and they’ll have no one to help them. 23 Haven’t you seen those who have been given a share of the Book? When they are referred to the Book of God to judge between themselves, a group turns away, stubbornly resisting. 24 That is because they said, “We will be in Hellfire only for a few days.” The lies they used to make about their religion have deceived them. 25 How will it be when We gather them on the Day that is certain to come, and everyone is paid in full what they’ve earned without being wronged in the least ? A G ’ 26 Say, “God! Master of all power, You give power to anyone You want, and You take it away from anyone You want; You bestow honour and You humiliate anyone You please. All goodness is in Your hands. You have power over all things. 27 You gradually merge the night in to the day, and You gradually merge the day into the night. You create the living from the dead, and You cause the living to die. You provide without bounds to anyone You want.” E G ’ : M r 28 The believers should not make the disbelievers their allies in preference to the believers, and whoever does so will receive no help from God unless they have done so to protect themselves out of fea r 53 . God cautions you to be mindful of Him, and the final return is to God. 29 Say, “Whether you reveal what is in your minds or you conceal it, God knows it. In fact, He knows whatever is in the Heavens and on the Earth and God has power over all things.” 30 Every person that day will find in front of them whatever good and whatever evil they had done. They will wish that they had not done their bad deeds. God warns you to be mindful of Him, He is kind to His servants. 31 Say: “If you love God then follow me, and God will love you and forgive your sins. God is the Forgiver, the Kind.” 32 Say: “Obey God and the Messenger.” If they turn away, remember that God does not love the disbelievers. T M J
