9 Believers, don’t let your wealth and children turn you away from the remembrance of God; those who do so are the losers. 10 Spend from the provisions We gave you before death comes, and you say, “My Lord, if you delay my death for a little while I will go and spend in charity and become righteous.” 11 God won’t delay death for anyone once its time has come. God is aware of what you do.
